I honestly must say I have only seen 3 of these films: Exorcist, Psycho, and Nightmare on Elm Street. I feel exorcist was very frightening especially at the time it was released. The sense of terror of becoming possessed and dealing with a demon leaves you with an eerie feeling that can't escape you. Nightmare on Elm Street is a classic Slasher film which we've have covered her on previous posts and definitely has earned a spot on this list. Psycho I have reviewed recently as well and was rated number one on the list. We all know this movie is scary because of the excellent sense of suggestion that Hitchcock provided the audience with. This list is about movies that scare you and if you enjoy being scared this list is most likely the one for you to follow all the way down.
