Lately there has been a lot of talk about fears as a child. I found I great list on Cracked that counts down ten animated films to traumatize your kids. It's a must read for the humor alone. I've actually seen the last one and can testify to its disturbing images. Ugh, I can't unwatch it!

ok... i dont know if i agree with that list at all... i have seen 8 of the 10, i missed 8 and 1... besides #2: Watership down... none of those really left a traumatic memory in my head... at all...
Really? This list is pretty accurate. Any and every one who sees these films as a child will have a brake down later in life. It should have affected you...

the movie that is missing from the list is The Plague Dogs. It is an animated film made is 1982 and it is directed by Martin Rosen, the same director as Watership Down. One of the worst part is when a dog goes to jump up on this hunter and he jumps on the trigger of the shot gun, shooting the hunter in the face.
I've never seen that one, but I'd like to. But that one's PG-13 so it's really not for kids.
Eh, what am I saying, I watched some more mature stuff when I was younger.
