There's what appears to be corpse in a pool of blood lying in the floor holding a revolver, and a tape recorder. Faulkner discovers that he has a tape in his back pocket; and Gordon finds a tape a key and a bullet in his.
Faulkner tape says:
"Rise and Shine. Your probably wondering where you are,I'll tell you where you might be. You might be in the room that you die in. Up until now you simply sat in the shadows watching others live out their lives...Are you going to watch yourself die today or do something about it".
Gordon then plays his tape:
"Lawrence this is your wake up call everyday of your working life you have given people news that they were going to die soon, now you will be the cause of death your aim is to kill Adam...If you don't kill Adam by six then Alison and Diana will die Dr. Gordon, and I will leave you in this room to rot. They immediately try to saw off the chains, but Adam's brakes, and Lawrence became tired. As they continue to sit there they try to figure out how they are connected to whats going on.
Gordon reveals to Faulkner that he believes their apart of the Jigsaw serial killer's game. We then get to see flash backs of previous situations where Jigsaw puts wasteful, and unappreciative people through tests to make them appreciate what they have. There are three detectives on the case the most important being a man named Tapp, and the only survivor of the jigsaw tests was Amanda Young. Back in the room, Faulkner discovers that there is a two way mirror in the room and brakes it only to find a hidden camera behind it.
Then there's another flashback scene of detective Tapp and his partner almost catching the jigsaw killer. During this encounter with the killer Tapp becomes injured, and his partner is killed. In present time Tapp has gone crazy and is obsessed with finding who is behind these killings. He believes the killer is Dr.Gordon, because his penlight at one of the murder scenes. Now he is watching Dr. Gordon's house in hopes of proving him to be the killer.
Faulkner finds another clue in Gordon's wallet while looking at a picture of Alison. Using this clue they find a box with two cigarettes, a lighter, and a cell phone, that can not dial out. They try to fool the camera by, Gordon dipping one of the cigarettes in the pool of blood, which contains poison. Gordon then shuts off the lights so he could tell Faulkner the plan. When the lights cut back on Gordon asks Faulkner if he wants one of the cigarettes and Faulker accepts. Gordon then, pretends to give him the cigarette he dipped in the blood, but actually gives him the other one. Faulker fakes his death, but is then electrocuted by the chain so the plan fails.
After being electrocuted Faulkner remembers how he was kidnapped, and that detective Tapp had hired him to take photos of Dr. Gordon. He reveals to Gordon the pictures that were with the hacksaws. The pictures included a picture of a man named Zep who was an orderly at the hospital who helped take care of a colon cancer patient named John.
Meanwhile Gordon's wife and daughter are being held captive at their home by Zep. They get several chances to call Gordon, on the last call Diana was able to get the gun from Zep. As Zep struggled to get the gun back shots fire and alarms Tapp. Tapp runs over to the house, and attacks Zep while Diana and Alison escapes. Tapp follows after Zep as he goes to the building where Faulkner and Gordon are.
Back in the bathroom Gordon goes crazy and saws off his foot to get out of the chain. He grabs the gun away from the dead man and puts the bullet in it. Gordon shoots Faulkner in the stomach and Faulker falls to the ground.
As Tapp chases Zep inside the building he gets killed. Tap enters the room and tries to kill Gordon, but Faulkner get up and began to beat him in the head the toilet top and kills him. Gordon leaves to go get help and leaves Faulkner in the room. The man in the middle of the floor gets up,turns off the lights, leaves and closes the door behind him. Game Over
This movie is great because not only is it scary but it teaches us a life lesson. Everyone has something in life that they take for granted, and in the movie Jigsaw teaches people to appreciate what they have. For example Dr. Gordon, he committed adultery, and took his family for granted. So for his test he had to kill Adam in order to save his wife and daughter. Had this not happened to him his marriage would still be suffering. This made him realize how much his family meant to him.
Today's lesson: You never realize how much you value something until it is being taken from you.

Personally, I think Saw is one of the best movies I have ever seen. This is because it is a wonderful mystery movie. It is probably one of the best well written movies that I have ever seen. This is because throughout the movie, you keep getting little pieces of information, about things that have happened and the history around what happened, but as far as who jigsaw actually is, completely remains a mystery. I enjoyed this movie mostly because you can't guess the ending, and anyone who says they are 100% sure what was going to happen in the end, doesn't tell the truth.
