Horror Blogs

My interest in horror films has been growing more than ever. I have been searching for other bloggers with the same interest as me. After searching for other horror film blogs I found two that interest me, and that I think other horror film lovers will also enjoy. These blogs include The Horror Blog, and Best Horror Movies Blog

Each of these blogs serve a similar purpose, to satisfy its readers, love for horror movies, and to explore, and discuses them in an intellectual way. They also talk about more than just the movies themselves, but the actors, directors, and other things that are involved in film making. Another reason that I found these blogs interesting was because they have links to DVD's, horror books, and much more.

The Horror Blog:
This blog has what they call the Horror round table. This is where they pick a topic discussion and each member of this blog gives their own input. One example was to name a horror-related experience from the past that you would have liked to have witnessed. The Horror Blog not only explores movies, but also other horror related products. This blog provides multiple site links of movies, interviews, DVDs, reviews comics, events, and music. Another interesting fact about this site is its quotes of the day. One quote reads
"Werewolves like: absinth … jumping … raves … blood … chocolate."
This was taken from an article in the Michigan Daily titled "When Bad is Actually Good". By clicking on the quote you will be linked to the actual article it was received from. This is an excellent blog to review, if you are a fan of Horror. There is also at least one new posting everyday.

Best Horror Movies Blog:
This is also a great blog to review for many of the same reasons as the Horror Blog. There are many links on this blog to explore. Some of these links include 100 Best Movies, Mentionable, Movie Reviews, Masters of Horror, The Monsters, The Heroes, The Zombies and many more. Everyday there are new interesting posts to read. They discuss everything form movies and whether or not they are contenders for an Oscar to the five worst horror movies.

Two of my favorite links are The Monsters, and The Heroes. These are simply reviews of the best monsters, and heroes of movies. They are split up into three categories. The categories include, the overall best, the best classics, and the honorable mentions. If you're looking for a great horror movie review or just interesting facts about horror this is the blog to read.

After reading these blogs I have gotten more ideas to better my blog. These are blogs that all horror fans should explore. It's an adventure in itself.
